How's your Tuesday? Another hour in the gym this morning with the same routine as yesterday for me.

Hello, how's everyone doing? I spent my hour in the gym (elliptical trainer followed by run on the treadmill & a little bit of weights) this morning; am feeling much better for it.

After not doing much the last week, it seems I had energy to spare.

45 minutes weights (including warm-up), and 15 minutes intervall running.
My regeneration time seems to be somewhat longer than it used to be. Maybe it's the cold weather....

90 minutes in the bouldering hall with some friends.

I didn't do quite as much as usual, because we took turns climbing and watching, but as they are more experienced than I, they helped me to figure out some problems I couldn't solve so far. So, 8 of the "easy" problems done! (And a bunch of the "very easy" ones done for warm-up.)

My attempts at a crow pose are progressing, too. Held it for about 3 seconds today.

Nice weather today!

I bicycled into next town over (~42 km, because I missed a turn and not only made a detour, but also had to struggle up the same stupid steep hill *twice* on the way back...), and walked 12K (leisurely) steps there. And now everything hurts, because I am very much out of practise.

I did the very easy problems again, to get more routine and strength, attempted a few of the easy ones but could not complete any. So, it's not measurable progress, but it's practise, at least.

45 minute workout with warm-up, lifting, and kettlebell swings.

I went to the bouldering hall and did all the very easy problems (12), attempted 5 easy ones and solved 2 of them.

Then my arms were too tired for another, but for good measure I did a few deadlifts, box step-ups and box push-ups in the bouldering halls brand new weight room.

I am very happy with that workout!
