"Policy" on rest days

muck_a_luckHaha! A person who shall remain anonymous asked, "What's your policy on rest days?"
There is no policy! I just found that when I participated in a community like this on LJ, I tried really hard to exercise, even a little bit, every day, though some days it was just not possible, and that's the way life is.
So! No policy, because the intention of this group will be to encourage and support, not to pressure!
