Not the best day, not the worst day.

Had an eye appointment so I didn't get to do my PT exercises. I did, however, hand water my front garden, which involves carrying a full 2.5 gallon watering can to each of 10 bushes over uneven rocky terrain.
Today I walked to pick up my lunch, about 12-15 minutes each way.
Plus another 15 minute walk on my break.
Tonight I will hand water my veggie garden, which involves the same 2.5 gallon watering can, and takes about 20 minutes as I hit 5 beds and a few planters.
I'm currently at 8700 steps, and will probably hit 10k by bedtime. My back is tired, but nowhere near as bad as a few weeks ago.

Last August I badly damanged my shoulder, swimming, of all things. Repetitive motion and cold-cramped muscles triggered an inflammation of the joint (which is already damanged, long story), it took 3 months to get it treated, and since then I'm trying to get back range of motion, easiness of motion, strength, and get pain free.
Half way there, I think. I'm currently working with a personal trainer, doing PT exercises 5 days a week, and I'm back to bouldering and bicycling, though not yet swimming (I'm scared) nor weightlifting.
Also, due to another health issue, I am still suffering from fatigue. Everything takes more energy, and I get tired a lot faster than I used to. It is very annoying.
