Week 3, Day 2 of the hundred pushups program and Week 6, Day 2 of the two hundred situps program. Again, with counterposes: Dhanurasana and Urdhva Dhanurasana.

I'm glad I'm redoing this week on the pushups. They seemed much more managable today. Situps, however, KILLED me. *iz ded*

Update on yesterday - went on a lovely family walk yesterday afternoon, moderate pace, probably 2 miles, including about 5-10 minutes giving a 35 pound child a piggy back ride.

Hope everyone had a good weekend.

Missed yoga on Friday tracking down some misbehaving code. Got in a good vinyasa class Saturday - my first since finding out I've got some compression on the L5 nerve root. Fortunately, skipping the forward folds kept it from acting up.

Went to Six Flags with a big group, yesterday, so lots of walking.

And, today is Free Yoga Day here in Austin, so I caught a Hatha Flow.
