Introduction post!

rydra_wong's Follow Friday post, and I am excited. Right now my major exercise goal is to do every single one of my physical therapy exercises every day, so that one day I can do the running-jumping-climbing-trees kind of exercise I used to prefer before my knee went wonky. In the meantime, I'm also hoping to add in some exercises that don't involve knees at all, if I can find them - though only after I get the PT habit well-established. Hi!
