Shiva Rea: Yoga Trance Dance: Meditative Flow
I really did a number on my back Saturday morning. Going easy on it.
UPDATE: Yesteray, we got out to Skyline and did a portion of the St. Mary's Rock hike. This hiking guide confuses me. We entered at the Panorama way station, which I think is the very end of this hike as you are going up toward the rock. I think we went in about a linear mile or so, but of course, you gain about 500-800 feet in altitude. Basically, it's up up up the whole time. The Barbarian is a natural mountain goat. It was great to be in the woods.

I'm resisting the urge to tell you to take her to a climbing gym pronto. *g*

Seriously, I hadn't realized the Barbarian was quite so little, but maybe in a few years, if she's still showing mountain goat tendencies -- a lot of climbing gyms are very good with kids, and it can be very much about learning about safety and responsibility.

Though thank goodness, neither of my children has had that need to climb furniture, or they would have been crushed under bookshelves years ago.
