Week 8: Three miles
Sep. 25th, 2010 10:15 amI was still pretty worn out from separating piles brush and tree limbs for three hours yesterday, so I was really glad to only have a three-mile run/walk scheduled for today. I was a bit slow, but I got it done, followed by my usual 4x15 crunches and stretches.
