I'm Michael from Texas. Recently fled LJ for saner pastures.
I try to do yoga and/or pilates every day. I used to run, but am looking for a less damaging aerobic workout.
Had a nice yoga session over lunch, and have a class tonight.

Date: 2010-09-02 07:25 pm (UTC)I like step aerobics. I'm DVD driven in my workouts. I like Arms and Abs of Steel 2000 (which is actually an interval thing based on a good step aerobics routine) and also Crunch's DVD.
Also, have you ever gotten a look at Yoga Trance Dance by Shiva Rea? I like it for days when I just want to get my heart rate up.
