Wow. A lost week of exercise!fail due to other people being sick. Now worried they have made ME sick, and I'm in for another lost week.

But let's not borrow trouble.

Today, used the matrix on Shakti to get in a bunch of sun salutations, some back bends, and the forward bends in a quick and dirty 30 minutes. Last Sunday was a real reminder that I have not been doing enough Chaturanga.

Tonight, I may try to start Day 1, Week 1 of the hundred pushups. I tested into column 3, but not into week 3.

My goal for the weekend is two nice, long morning yoga sessions, assuming I don't get sick and people let me sleep.


Also, decided this week that I am not liking my bulges! I decided to try out a new website recommended by a friend of mine www.myfitnesstracker.com. I have in the past used www.mypyramidtracker.gov, which is not very user friendly, but which has NO advertising. I live in dread of diet/fitness sites sending me loads of spam. So I gave this new site my least used e-mail address and signed up. I really like it so far. You can add your own exercises, so now I can log my exercise as "Vinyasa Yoga" instead of having to use "Weight Lifting, Vigorous." Also, there is a recipe tool so you can enter recipes, then get nutrition data on them as a serving of the recipe, instead of having to put in 1/2 cup flour, 1 T sugar, .3 egg, etc. It has a water counter to remind me to drink my water and at the end of the day, when you tell it your data entry for that day is final, it tells you what you would weigh in 5 weeks if every day was like today. A nice reminder of how your daily eating and exercise behavior impacts your long-term goals.

I set weight loss goals of 1.5 pounds per week with an end goal of 132.
