Crunch: Total Resculpt
I was at the library yesterday and picked up a few things to change it up a little this week.
I really like Kendell Hogan from my Crunch step aerobics tape. I love his attitude and his patter and let's face it - he's total eye candy and so is his class.
For lower body: Static lunges, reverse , standing leg extensions, stiff legged dead lifts, side leg lifts, and combinations of the above, with some minor arm work, mostly for balance.
For upper body: rear deltoid raise with the feet staggered; double arm rows; alternate the double arm rows; one arm rows on each side; hammer curls for the biceps-both arms then alternate, then repeat; side lateral raises; angled biceps curls with palms up (halfway down for a set, then start at the bottom and come up halfway, then combine both of them); front deltoid raises, alternating then adding a cross; double arm kickbacks; french presses before going back to kickbacks; upright rows, then overhead presses, and rear deltoid raises, in combination.
Floor: pushups; pec flies; bench presses, later slightly crossing at the wrist.
(Thanks to Amazon review for doing all the work for me!)
I did the whole thing with 5 pound weights. It was managable, but I will be feeling it tomorrow, I'm sure.
