A couple of sun salutations with some standing poses thrown in, light backbending, a little forward bending, and shoulder stand. About 25 minutes while the family was watching Treehouse of Horror eps of the Simpsons.

Also, about to leave for a swim party with The Barbarian. Maybe a little swimming, or at least wading! :D

Oh, I miss those Treehouse of Horror episodes! One of the more painful aspects of kids growing up and moving out was no more excuse to watch The Simpsons. Treasure these moments !*gigglesnort*
