I mowed the front yard and then started clearing brush (a never-ending process). My arms got all pumped up from the cutting and then the hauling. I feel like I've been lifting. May do some ab work later.

You don't want to know how sweaty I am at the moment, even with a shower!!

Ha! That's one of my least favorite things about exercise--something else I need to work on getting over. Real women sweat! *g*

I've never minded sweating, just getting it on stuff.

Just think of it as the 'glow' of accomplishment, proof that you're doing your body good.
