Jillian Michaels: Yoga Meltdown, Level 1. OMG. I was so weak today. I felt pathetic. But I sweated, got some heart-rate elevation, and didn't hurt myself (except aggravated that STUPID toe injury on my left foot. What the heck?!).

Ha! I haven't been doing much with this disc in a while, and had to go back to read my own review to remember the details of Level 2 - which I remembered being a lot more about balances, but I had forgotten all the twisting. Yeah. It's all come flooding back to me. :D I liked it, too. A nice excursion out of my usual yoga box.
