Hello! I'm new here. I will be 29 this week (eek!) and am starting my 2nd year of a phd program. Last year I managed to gain about 80lbs. I've taken 40 of it off already, but I'm working on that other 40 (well 60 since I was already overweight). I enjoy DDR, and walking my dogs as my favorite forms of exercise, though I'm trying to go to the gym more often, too. *waves*

Well done on your weight loss. I have lost almost 100lbs so I know only too well what a difference weight loss can make. I also know its not easy, so well done again.
