I did Tamilee Webb: I Want THAT Body: Buns Routine 2.
I reallylike Tamilee Webb. For this DVD, she apparently did some lab research to actually test various exercises for muscle groups and find out which ones work the muscles the hardest. The DVD has 6 very compact 15 minute workouts, two each for Abs, Arms and Buns.
I figured, with all the lunging in yoga, I should be able to go for the second level on buns. I felt the burn, but it was very doable.
15 minutes, heart rate up, pretty sweaty. Mission accomplished.
