I formally confirmed that exercise-induced asthma was NOT the problem, and it's just poor lung conditioning.

Ran 0.5 km and took a break because weird left thigh cramps. Don't know what was going on there.

Went back at it for the rest of the 3 km (ish, the machine got confused and restarted so I lost some distance in there). Took water breaks but otherwise ran straight through. Probably did the recommended 25-30 mins of daily cardio for the first time ever.

This is an accomplishment after having to start at Level 0 in C25K, and then use the elliptical because leg strength and cardio are NOT in unison on this one. I can run! Woo!

(I also did some stretching and kettlebell exercises)

Seeing progress is the best part of working out imo

Nice job!

It’s wonderful when we’re able to discover that the issue we’re dealing with is something we can fix rather than something we just have to learn to accommodate. Congrats on it not being exercise-induced asthma!
