I love exercise, absolutely adore it and do it as much as possible. Lately, however, depression has challenged me in this area but I just want to say if you struggle to get out there for your daily exercise. I went for a run in the fresh air, down by the water, today. It really made the world of difference. I exercise predominately for the physical changes it brings but it really does so much more!

Oh yes - I ran for the first time in 3 months this week, and the high was incredible!

Exercise is brilliant for managing depression and anxiety! I've never had that endorphin high, but it makes such a big difference to move and breathe and feel stronger.

Go you! :D
