Week 7: Eight miles
Sep. 18th, 2010 11:31 amDrove down to the park to do my eight-mile run/walk today. It went pretty well, although I was feeling a bit off. My time was not great but not horrible, either. I'm still getting sore neck and shoulders while I run, but not as bad as before. Maybe some back exercises would help, along with the crunches I do after every run. Along with just remembering to keep my back straight and my shoulders back and my arms loose while I run.
