Shiva Rea - Yoga Shakti - Lunar Flow

Should have recovered more yesterday and not attempted abs. Some people benefit from moving when they have DOMS. I just hurt more the next day.

Lunar Flow does have a really nice Shoulder Stand-Plow sequence and Chandra Namaskar, so got a little sweaty. And Shoulder Stand is a really good abs workout.

DOMS? (I know you didn't mean where my mind went. *g*) Do you give your abs a rest day in between workouts? I hadn't thought of it before, but I guess abs training would work like any other strength training, with workouts alternating with rest/rebuilding days?

How difficult would you say that DVD is? I'm really interested in getting it, but am not sure I'm ready.
