I went for a very gentle walk. About a mile and a half in total. (I'm ill, so that was what I could manage.)

Yesterday the permanent roommate and I went for a walk in the park to kill time. We walked for 30 to 40 minutes. I purposefully didn't pay attention to the mile markers on the path.
