Just got back from Yoga. 4 women, the male instructor and me. Crow pose comes up which I can't do. Then after the session one woman there is saying how she managed it for the first time, then the bloke teaching says how much easier it is for men to do due to innate ability to balance or something. Woman agrees, saying blokes in the office can do it in their suits. He says his wife was struggling for months and he just went and did it. I've been doing this shit for months and I can't do it. I thought yoga was meant to be relaxing, not make me feel worse about myself. Not that I've ever found it relaxing. Sorry, need to vent a bit.
