Haven't done my exercise yet today - but there are still hours in the day, so perhaps later (either that or a30 mins walk, both are good for me).

Really "baby steps" today: Went to the boulder hall, first time since my accident last August (falling out of the wall, tearing the ligaments in my ankle).

I spent about 1 hour doing the easy-easy routes, mostly half-way (loss of nerve more than loss of what little skill I had a year ago), practised controlled jumping off the wall from less than 1 metre high, and made a lot of breaks to recover my courage. Well. It's a start.
