Back to the gym yesterday after a longish summer break.
Planks, squats, deadlifts, overhead presses. About 1/2 of the weight I did in spring, but I am confident that the strength and mobility will be back soon.
Right now I have the DOMS from hell, but those are kind of expected after a break. (Strange how swimming and bicycling over the summer does nothing to keep one in shape for squats!)
