Intro post: Yvi

I am 26, live in mid-Germany with my boyfriend, two feline overlords and a gecko. I am a Biologist b training, but now work as a software developer.
I did the C25K program a few weeks back and pretty much finished it, while doing strength exercises with free weights on the days off, but then I moved and started a job and started medication that made me tired and so on - I only went out running three times since moving two months ago, so I have lost a lot of stamina already. I'll go out now and see what I can still do and tomorrow I'll get out the free weights again.
EDIT: C25K week 6 day 1 done (5 minutes run - 3 minutes walk - 8 minutes run - 3 minutes walk - 5 minutes run), but oh, that was difficult.

Seeing how you did very little running in the transition time, starting with week 6 again *and* succeeding in doing it deserves some kudos.
