CK on September 4 and 5
Sep. 5th, 2010 08:14 amYesterday got away from me, but rather than miss a day, I got in some gentle yoga right before bed. About 20 minutes - brief warmup and forward bends.
Today, Yoga Shakti: Solar Flow I. I did it ALL, except the advanced postures - so not the extreme backbend, or Elbow Stand. I worked on my handstands, but did not actually kick up. Exhausted and rung out at the end, after shower, pleasantly loose and relaxed. The best kind of yoga.
The remainder of today will either be a looooong drive out to Shenandoah for some light hiking (I will be on 4-year-old duty) OR apple picking.
