Aug. 27th, 2010 08:52 amI think I've been pushing too hard. When my leg muscles don't rebound, I know it's too harsh.
Of course, that said today I came back to working out by way of Rodney Yee - Power Yoga Total Body. I adore this disc. But I know after a couple of days off yoga, I always blow it out. Well, we'll see. On the WOW side, I *felt* myself grow into Half Moon and Warrior III. It's the core work. Gotta be.

Date: 2010-08-27 01:31 pm (UTC)I have difficulty with all the balance poses, on this one and the Barbara Benagh dvd's as well, but I'm seeing progress, bit by bit - a very satisfying feeling. Core strength hooray!
