Aug. 13th, 2010 07:57 pmWeek 2, Day 2 of the hundred pushups program and Week 4, Day 2 of the two hundred situps program. Again, with counterposes: Dhanurasana and Urdhva Dhanurasana. Max pushups today was 13, situps was 70. Could have done more, but the family lost patience. On the other hand, did manage to slip them into the evening routine instead of missing them entirely, so... Actually, though I didn't do 200 in a row, did more than 200. Total pushups was 53, so more than half way there. Elbows are doing a weird twingy thing, though. Trying to be aware of that and decide when I think I'm pushing too far.
