Still a little sore today, so did about 30 minutes of Trance Dance, which while good cardio, doesn't really target any specific muscle groups. Mostly just jumping around flailing (hence the reason no one will ever see me DO Trance Dance. :D ). Also, threw in some jumping jacks so I could grab the Untz Untz Untz Untz quest on Fitocracy, and a few pushups, flat knee raises, and jump squats becuase hey, I was just standing there, might as well do some. And already Fitocracy has influenced how I think about my workout. I told my daughter I might attempt the Nature Walk [Military] - a 5 mile trail jog with 50-pound-pack - with her as the almost-50-pounds. :D Hoping this workout was free form enough that I'll feel up to some yoga tomorrow.
