Joined Fitocracy yesterday. Baranduin. :) Today, did a body weight workout that completed two quests - one purposely, and on accidentally.
Body Weight Squat: 3x10
Flat Knee Raise: 3x10
Push-Up: 3x10
Body Weight Lunge: 3x10
Jump Squat: 1x10
Hoping to get in some yoga this afternoon.
