I did:
*60 of 108 pushups with Shiva Rea. SIXTY. I really pushed myself on the last two sets.
*strength training for my upper body. 5 exercises, 2 sets of 12-15 each. (these are the bodyweight exercises generated by sparkpeople.com, nothing fancy, probably not as good as they could be. I'm going to do some research and find some better ones for next week if I can)
*endurance test for 200 situps. I did 50. which ... is not as good as I thought I would be, since I did 60 in one go several weeks ago.
*c25k training. well, it's training to do c25k training. there's no way my lungs will be able to handle w1d1 of c25k yet. I managed for 15 minutes today, though! I did TWO intervals of jogging for 60 seconds, 1 for 50 seconds, and 3 for 40 seconds. I walked and tried to catch my breath the rest of the time.
all in all, a very productive day. I feel strong, and I'm getting stronger. :D
