I was worried that I might not be up to two days in a row yet, but today went fine. We'll see how tomorrow goes.
At the moment my favorite segment comes about an hour in. She alternates between Standing Split, and a variation of upward facing Table, but with one leg tucked under for a deep quad stretch. Back and forth, up and down, expanding and contracting, one movement one long breath. Active and relaxing at the same time.
