Yesterday: A bunch of walking and standing around and some restorative yoga, very gentle, at bedtime
I am in the process of doing 30 days (more or less) of Janet Stone. I love this DVD. It has a lot of fresh ideas for me, and it works on three arm balances that I'd love to be able to do: Eka Pada Koundiyanasana I, Eka Pada Koundiyanasana II, and Mayurasana. Don't be impressed! At the moment I am at very preliminary stages of all three. However, if I could do this DVD 25 times in the next 30 days, I think I would do a lot for myself and my yoga and my home practice. A little project for the new year.
