Sunday: a long walk, some calisthenics.
Monday: a four-mile run, plus some pull-up practice and strict-press practice
I've decided that my upper body strength is my biggest weakness, and the kettlebell classes don't really address it in a systematic way. So I'm going to start doing some stuff strictly focused on developing the ability to do pull-ups and overhead presses, and I'll see how it goes.
