I have good exercise habits, I think, and am easily able to maintain a regular exercise routine - I'm an early-rising empty nester so not too many distractions or time conflicts around. In the course of a week I spend time on yoga, pilates, elliptical machine, and, weather permitting, walking (the weather hasn't permitted in quite a while, though - the last day I remember walking was July 2. It's just too, too darn hot.) Like
seleneheart, I really have to exercise first thing in the morning, because by the time I get home from work, I can think of a zillion excuses not to.
My greatest fear is that I'll lose motivation, start skipping days, and then just not bother to get back on track, so I'm looking forward mutual encouragement and cheerleading from other members of this community.
