CK on November 24 and 25

exercise_every_dayThanksgiving Day we went up to Shenandoah. We had a couple of small post-feasting walks as a family. The Skyland resort is much bigger than I realized. You forget how tame the deer are up there. We walked right past a deer that was lying on the ground, relaxing as she grazed. The Barbarian wanted to pet her, and I bet she could have. We also saw a bear (from the safety of the car).
Yesterday, The Barbarian wanted to do MTV Power Yoga (I think she has a crush on Jess, not sure). As usual I was awed by her flexibility and coordination and tickled by her 5-year-old beginner's total lack of form. :D "Stop it, Mommy. You're only messing me up!"
Yesterday I did about an hour of yoga to my Samurai Champloo soundtrack-dominated yoga mix. The Barbarian joined me for a little while, doing her own thing. She has decided she wants to do yoga every day. *hugs*
