Morning workout 12/9

Standard PT exercises, and 2/3 of the core strength -- stupid sinuses are killing me.
20 minutes on the treadmill at 2.5mph

Although I only started posting here again in the past month or so, I've been serious about my workout routine since mid-March. I took advantage of lockdown and the fact I had no commute to work as no excuse not to work out and buckled down. I hate clothes shopping and desperately did not want to go up a pant size ... again.
I'm back to onsite work, but I've managed to fit a reduced morning workout in plus walks at work, while listening to an audiobook.
Working out has made a huge difference to my physical and mental health this past year.
