muck_a_luckThe Barbarian has been making it hard for me to get good sleep, with all the ensuing energy problems that come with that. Plus, lovely hormonal mood stuff going on. NO MOTIVATION in days.
Friday: At the last minute, right as I was going to bed, did the Week 4 exhaustion test for the hundred pushups. Only 20, not surprisingly.
Saturday: The usual errands = walking around pushing a cart and chasing a four-year-old for a couple of hours. But later in the day, went apple picking and enjoyed the activities they have at the orchard in the fall, including chasing small children RUNNING up hills, going down the giant slide, walking around in the hills a bunch, and carrying around 1/2 bushel of apples (note to self, next year, walk away with the empty bag, then work your way back, so bag is full just as you get to the car, dummy).
Sunday: Zip. Unless you count standing up cooking all day, which I don't, because it just makes you super tired without making your strong or getting you some cardio or anything.
Monday: Repeating Week 4, Day 1 of the hundred pushups. In between, Down Dog for the shoulder stretch, various backbends as counterposes, and Child's Pose, 'cause I'm lazy like that. Shoulder openers to finish.
Tuesday: Rodney Yee, Power Yoga Total Body.
Now, want to go back to bed. Instead, off to work! Have great day, everybody.
