Bryan Kest: Power Yoga, Level 3, Sweat. It was awesome. I could feel the pushups bringing power to my Chaturanga. I even threw in some of Mr. Kest's extra pushups that he likes between Up Dog and Down Dog. Also, Elbow Balance was SO EASY today. What the heck was that?! Must be core. Go situps!

We've been up and running now for over a month!

There's a core group checking in, but we've fallen back from our initial enthusiastic beginning.

If you haven't checked in for a while, update us on what you've been up to!

Also, I was thinking. Here it is, the first day of the month. Do you think you can exercise (almost) every day this month? Nothing like a clean slate for inspiration!

Another thing. How would the community feel about planning a day that we ALL exercise? I was thinking a Saturday or Sunday - maybe the 18th or 19th? Maybe we can have a check in from every community member on one day? That would be awesome! Let me know what you think!
