Here is your daily check-in post! Thank goodness it's Monday! Seriously, when was the last time you spent a whole weekend with a four-year-old. After that, I need a break! Work sounds perfect!

Yesterday, all exercise was practical. A little light yard work, cleaning on the deck, and washing the car.

This morning, 30 Day Shred. It really takes more like half an hour, even though she says it is a 20 minute workout. Today I was down to only two five second pauses during the entire workout during the cardio, plus the v-flys are still killing me. Cannot. Do. Them. All. Also, had to step back to beginner level for the danged squat thrusts and plank jacks. OMG. Sweat still pouring off me 10 minutes later. Time for a shower.
