Yesterday my body was begging for a day off, so it got one.

Today, Jillian Michaels: 30 Day Shred: Level 2. Pleased that I was mostly able to keep up. Didn't do it without ANY pauses, but not too bad, considering.

Have I mentioned lately how much I HATE 30 Day Shred. But I was in the mood for some srs bsns type workout today. 20 minutes of agony and sweat. Yay?

UPDATE: Second exhaustion tests for the hundred pushups program and Wethe two hundred situps program. Max pushups was a somewhat disappointing 15. I was interrupted by the phone, but I think I had two more in the tank. That would be 17. I was hoping for 20. Situps was 110. Not too bad. Much harder than I expected it to be.

So typical. But I've continued to be more active, running errands and doing things away from the house as often as possible to keep myself moving, and gardening! I'm so sore from weeding, right now, I can't even tell you. And I have good news on the PT front--they measured me with the calipers, yesterday, and I've made significant gains in mobility. I'm reaching for things with that arm without even thinking about it, now! It'll be great to be entirely upper-body ready for fitness stuff, again. I can finally see that day approaching!
