I did 30 or so minutes of yoga today and 10 minutes of pilates. The yoga went really well! I managed the shoulder stand for about thirty seconds and then twenty seconds when I tried it again, and did the plow pose for a full minute! It's difficult for me to relax into the poses when I'm straining to hold them, but I'm slowly learning to at least relax parts of me.

Spent most of the day yesterday zonked out on antibiotics. They aren't kidding when they warn for drowsiness on the bottle. So no posting from me.

Today, I managed some step walking and a few crunches, but not really anything spectacular. I am still not up to par with the shoulder injury - which turns out to be bursitis.

If yanking weeds out of the garden (lots of them, including a bunch of the ones that grow the stems along the ground and grow roots every few inches along the stem) doesn't count, going back and forth between the garden and the house definitely does. food )

I did my 15 min walk and my PT, just now. Am warm and sweaty and inspired. Even my writing is benefiting from the flow-on awesome. *g*
