I did 30 or so minutes of yoga today and 10 minutes of pilates. The yoga went really well! I managed the shoulder stand for about thirty seconds and then twenty seconds when I tried it again, and did the plow pose for a full minute! It's difficult for me to relax into the poses when I'm straining to hold them, but I'm slowly learning to at least relax parts of me.
And I lost three pounds this week! Making the grand total five pounds in two weeks, since I started changing my lifestyle and exercising and eating better. I'm so excited! \o/
