Oct. 19th, 2011 10:05 amTerrible night's sleep, but I was *determined* to work out today. So after a pre-work nap, did some Fluid Power. The Dancing Warrior 1008 warmup, followed by the Mandala Namaskar, followed by most of Fluid Core. Had to stop to get the kids off to school on time, but it was a solid 30 minutes of hard work, so I'm happy about it.
