Has anyone here had saddlebags but managed to have them disappear completely without surgery?
As for excersize, I'm cutting cardio out due to my job. I have to be active for 7.5 hours straight with a 1 time 30 minute break. I will be focusing on building muscle so that I don't get all raggidy anne looking.

Date: 2011-08-08 03:38 pm (UTC)They had specific protein / fat counts for every meal and specific workouts a couple times a day.
They were doing the same training (at a less intense level) as competitive body builders. I have read some good material on this from those sources.
It wasn't particularly good for them during the training, but they have kept it off (been a couple years now).
Hi!

(Btw, I am not a mod, but just as a suggestion, you might want to put the entry behind a cut. The comm standards are intended partly to protect people who have issues with body image or eating disorders, and I think a discussion of how to make bits of your body "disappear" could be stressful or triggering for some people.)
