1. Mod (or someone else) will post a Daily Check In post, for those who prefer to note their daily activities in response to a prompt. Please only place exercise comments here.

2. All members are encouraged to post daily independent posts about their activities, if they prefer that to a prompt.

3. Please place any NON-EXERCISE comments in independent update posts and behind a cut. Some people are sensitive to discussion of diet and nutrition. That is integral to many people's exercise activities, so I want members to be able to discuss that, but for those who are here strictly to log exercise, I would like them to be able to avert their eyes.

4. Everyone is encouraged to introduce themselves, discuss their exercise goals, and post updates on their activities. "I finally made it to running a mile!" or "I kicked up into handstand today!" are updates that we all want to hear about and share! Please put long posts and entries involving diet and nutrition behind a cut, though.

5. Aside from intro posts and injury announcements, please try to include an exercise update in every post.

Swimming: 1km, intervals. I'm proud of myself: I'd made a time to have dinner with my sister and then go to a concert with her, and I fitted in the swimming before that.

Morning yoga, bouldering competition. Probably only about two hours of climbing in total, but still fun.

Oh, and I did tuck levers while hanging around afterwards. And mayurasana on a slackline, though I didn't get my legs straight.

C25K... or not

I finally got myself out running today... only to realise that the mp3-C25K-file for some reasons stops at 1 min 36 secs. I do not seem very lucky lately with my C25k tries. Something always bugs with the files.
I decided to continue anyway and did almost precisely 30 min of walking/running. As I had no mp3 (nor watch) for reference I used the tunnels on my way to slow down. I guess I have been doing more running thank the first week of C25k would advise, but that's ok. Wasn't spaed out regularly easier, but hey, that was the best idea I could come up with - other than going straight back home. I should check on that file and try to understand why it didn't export correctly.

Did me some good, but I still have ears which start aching after some running. Despite earphones. Hmph.
