Hello, all!

Sorry about the delay in the check-in post this morning. RL and all.

By the way, I am about to go on a trip, departing Thursday, returning Monday, during which time I will probably have limited or no computer access. Is there anybody out there who would be able to do the check-in posts Friday, Saturday and Sunday this week? That would be awesome!

Sorry, I can't help you with the posting, but the title of the post bothers me a bit. I have a friend who actually has spasticity the medical condition, and it doesn't cause her to delay posting things, it just causes her muscles to tighten involuntarily. Thanks.

I should be able to do it - barring any mental glitches.

Gives me a reason to be on and start getting back in the habit of posting.
