My back is starting to protest my walking. I have uneven hipbones and the walking makes my bursitis and lower back arthritis flare up. :( Going to skip the walking until Sunday or Monday and see how my back feels.

I did two sun salutations this morning, trying to focus mostly on getting the breath thing right, then 40 minutes of a yoga video. I couldn't hold the poses very long, so there were lots of breaks for me while the people in the video held them much longer. New goal is to be able to keep up with the people in yoga videos! I wonder how long it will take me to reach that goal. Hmmm...

I have strength training exercises to do later. Six exercises, two sets each. And I might do more sun salutations and work on holding the poses. I really like it.

Oh, yeah, the shaking thing. It's kind of a Known Issue with yoga. Sometimes it's because the muscle's tired or you're really straining to hold the pose, but sometimes it seems to just happen for no reason: there are times when I've made a tiny little shift in a pose and suddenly my whole arm or leg starts tremoring wildly. So don't let it stress you out.

Omigosh, that happens to me, too! I'm always like, "What am I doing wrong that's causing it?" I feel much better now knowing that it's not just me.
