Today I did the Learning To Fly sequence - 1:15, but I dropped out the handstand segment, which looked like about 5-8 minutes in fast-forward. And if you ever wanted to learn Bakasana (Crow) and Tittibhasana (Firefly), but thought you would never get it - Sadie's teaching style was made to teach these poses. Not to mention Tolasana (Scale). The Learning to Fly piece is focused on Crow, including jumping into Crow from Plank, but then sort of as an after thought she has you sit down into Tittibhasana, then your hanging aroundi n Tolasana, and yeah, you're not as good as her, but you're better than you ever were at these postures before and you totally didn't even realize that was what was happening til it was all over! :D
Also this morning, continued with Dance of the Kama Sutra, Opening the Torso and the Spine this morning.
