It wiped the floor with me this morning. Srly. My muscles were still shaking long after my shower.
And I guess this is Day 5 of yoga every day. And I believe I am up to 8 of the last 9 days, which isn't too shabby. Working on building a streak. That is one of my New Year's resolutions - 365 days of yoga. Did I say that already?
Also, I used some gift card money to get myself Dance of the Kama Sutra with Hemalayaa Behl. I plan to try it chapter-by-chapter, one per day, so that I can explore it while still doing my more srs bsns yoga, too. So far, the first two chapters have been a 6-minute meditative invocation of love and 13 minutes of "opening" the eyes and neck in the yoga sense - EYE STRETCHES!!! So. Not burning a lot of calories there so far! :D
