I am determined that I *will* do yoga every day, even if just a little bit. So on Dec 26, caught about 15 mins of lunar yoga before bed. Yesterday, worked on my handstands in the morning for about 5 minutes, then another 15 mins yoga before bed. Today, sun salutations for about 10 minutes, then 5 minutes workign on handstands, hoping for another 10 to 15 minutes before bed.

I actually have a *haul* of new yoga DVDs that I'm anxious to try out, but sleeping has been off over the holiday and despite getting up and dressing for yoga yesterday and this morning, just couldn't hit the mat at 5:20. Instead, went back to bed for an hour both days. This morning was instructional for me, though, in the sense that I know I can at least get in 10-15 and get my heart rate up and get a little sweaty, even on a morning when I'm running pretty far behind schedule.

Christmas brought me 6 new yoga DVDs, plus a set of 3 Bollywood Dance DVDs. Once I get caught up on sleep, I have lots of new toys to play with in the mornings!
